By registering on roiten.com (personal or business profile), you accept all of the following terms and waive any claims related to visiting or using this portal.

## 1. General Provisions
 
**1.1** By submitting an advertisement, the user agrees to these terms and acknowledges that their personal and contact information will be stored in the ROITEN.COM database in accordance with applicable law.
 
**1.2** The term "portal" includes the owners of roiten.com, its administrators, moderators, employees, and all software required for the portal's operation.
 
**1.3** The portal may use cookies on the user's device. Third-party systems (e.g., Google Analytics, advertising networks) may also generate cookies. Cookies can be deleted at any time via browser settings.
 
**1.4** To prevent illegal trade in controlled goods, unlicensed services, tax evasion, money laundering, and other violations of the law, the administration may request additional documents and information to verify individuals and legal entities. Such data is stored in minimum necessary volumes for the minimum necessary period. Access is strictly limited and logged.

## 2. Grata Points — Digital Product
 
**2.1** All payments on the portal are for digital services (Grata points), credited to the user's balance after payment confirmation.
 
**2.2** Users purchase points in any amount (min. CHF 1) or choose a package with a discount. Points are used to pay for advertising on the portal.
 
**2.3** Fixed conversion rate: **1 CHF = 100 Grata points**. This rate is set by the portal and remains unchanged.
 
**2.4** Grata points:
- Are not a currency of any country
- Are not electronic money
- Are not cryptocurrency
- Are not a means of payment outside the portal
- Have no variable exchange rate
- Serve only to pay for ads and receive bonuses on roiten.com
 
**2.5** Points are stored on the user's balance in their personal account and may be blocked if the portal rules are violated.
 
### Refund Policy
 
**2.6** The user undertakes **not to demand a refund** of funds credited to their balance.
 
**2.7** Available funds may be used for an unlimited time, unless the account is blocked for rule violations.
 
**2.8** The portal is **not liable** for:
- Loss of points due to third-party fraud or unauthorized access
- Loss of control over a profile (e.g., lost device, stolen credentials, shared access)
 
**2.9** Users may transfer Grata points to other users voluntarily, provided the transaction does not harm third parties or compromise the recipient. All transfers are **irreversible**. In case of error, users must resolve the matter between themselves.
 
**2.10** The user acknowledges that:
- Points are a digital product usable only on roiten.com
- Points cannot be used as collateral or security for third-party claims
- Points are not a financial, security, or credit instrument
- Points shall not be used for illegal activities (money laundering, criminal proceeds, exchange for goods/money outside the portal)
 
**2.11** The advertising service is provided **"as is"** with no claims accepted from the user.
 
**2.12** The portal is not liable for technical failures preventing ad publication. Hosting reliability is 99.9%. The portal reserves the right to short maintenance outages with advance notice. Outage time is compensated in Grata points.
 
**2.13** By purchasing points, the user assumes all risks and waives any material or moral claims against the portal.
 
**2.14** Acceptance of these conditions is mandatory for registration, payment, and ad publication.

## 3. Advertising Content Policy — Prohibited Ads
 
Ads are **deleted** if they fall into any of the following categories:
 
### General Violations
 
**3.1** Ads that violate laws, ethical standards, or contain profanity, ridicule, misinformation, or slander.
 
**3.2** Ads with incomplete or incorrect required fields.
 
**3.3** Ads placed in an inappropriate section. If no suitable section exists, use "Miscellaneous".
 
**3.4** Ads lacking an accurate, detailed description of the product or service (quality, condition, material, dimensions, functionality, etc.) where such details cannot be determined from photos.
 
**3.5** Ads offering more than one product or service per listing. Each ad = one specific item with exact price and description. Photos must show only the advertised item. Exception: "Miscellaneous", "Production", and "Repair" subsections.
 
**3.6** Incorrect pricing or undisclosed mandatory additional costs. The listed price must be final.
 
### Photo Requirements — Prohibited Images
 
**3.7** Photos that are:
- Unclear or do not show the item's condition
- General views where the item is not dominant
- Non-representative (catalog images, internet photos of similar items)
- Too bright, unnatural colors, or visually distracting
- Contain inscriptions or elements that obstruct the view
- Collages of multiple photos into one image
 
### Text Requirements — Prohibited Content
 
**3.8** The first line of an ad must not contain:
- CAPS LOCK text, extra spaces, punctuation, or meaningless characters
- Marketing language (Promotion, Sale, Super offer, Attention, etc.)
- Information unrelated to the item (store name, address)
- Service characters or symbols designed to attract attention
 
**3.9** Ads that violate copyrights or trademarks.
 
**3.10** Ads written in languages other than English, German, French, or Italian. Excessively many errors.
 
**3.11** Ads requiring full or partial prepayment.
 
**3.12** Ads designed to collect user data.
 
**3.13** Ads with multiple user complaints.
 
**3.14** Licensed goods/services without exact company details and license number.
 
### Prohibited Categories
 
**3.15** The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual services outside designated sections
- MLM/network marketing, "get rich quick" schemes
- Cigarettes, alcohol, precursors, controlled/ dangerous substances
- Duplicate ads linking to the same landing page
- Competitor ads or links to other classified services
- Occult services (astrology, fortune telling, alternative medicine)
- Tattoos and piercings
- Deposit or investment collection
- Employment ads from individuals
- Links to malicious or disruptive resources (pop-ups, auto-sound, redirects)
- Links to irrelevant, outdated, or low-quality pages
- Emotional text, exclamations, slogans, appeals, questions
- Tampered vehicle odometers, hidden/altered license plates, fraudulent vehicle info
- Duplicate content or identical links across multiple ads
- Aggressive marketing (spam, flyers, unsolicited mail)
- Absurd or valueless offers
- Calls to violence, discrimination, or violation of rights
 
### Specifically Prohibited Items and Services
 
**3.16** Ads about the following are forbidden:
- Illegal weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives (without licenses)
- Prostitution, sex trafficking, exploitation of minors
- Hazardous materials, body parts, unsterilized items
- Prescription drugs, medical devices, controlled substances
- Unpackaged or adulterated food/cosmetics
- Endangered/protected species and derived products (ivory, etc.)
- False, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- Offensive, obscene, defamatory, or threatening material
- Personal, confidential, or proprietary information of third parties
- Stolen property or items with altered serial numbers
- Counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods
- Illegal lotteries, gambling, slot machines
- Spam, miscategorized, or cross-posted content
- Affiliate marketing, MLM, pyramid schemes
- Any content that violates the law or the legal rights of others
 
> **If you encounter illegal activity, report it to the police.** Your safety and the safety of the community is our highest priority.

## 4. Restrictions and Enforcement
 
**4.1** Ads violating Section 3 are deleted without warning. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
 
**4.2** Upon account closure, remaining funds are **not refunded** (per Section 2.6).
 
### Refund of Balance (Exceptional Procedure)
 
**4.3** Minimum balance to request a refund: **1,000,000 Grata points**.
 
**4.4** Processing fee: **100,000 Grata points**.
 
**4.5** Banking transfer costs are deducted from the refund amount.
 
**4.6** All accrued bonus points are deducted.
 
**4.7** Conversion: 100 Grata points = 1 CHF.
 
**4.8** To request a refund, the user must submit a form with personal details, profile name, payment receipts, and (if requested) passport information.
 
**4.9** Points received via internal transfer from other users **cannot** be refunded.
 
**4.10** After account closure, a new profile may be opened only after the user submits a written commitment to follow all rules. Deliberately false information or fake profiles will be deleted without warning.
 
### Account Limits
 
**4.11** Maximum **three registrations** per person/company. Each registration must have a unique IP address, email, and phone number.
 
### Ad Publication and Costs
 
**4.12** Ads are published instantly or within 3 hours after payment (if moderator review is required).
 
**4.13** The advertised price includes VAT, paid upon purchasing Grata points.
 
**4.14** Ad cost depends on section, product price, duration, and payment method. Price is shown per day and for the full period.
 
**4.15** The portal does **not** refund ads deleted early at the user's request.
 
**4.16** The portal does **not** refund ads deleted for rule violations.
 
**4.17** Users accept all losses related to ad removal and waive any compensation claims.
 
**4.18** Ads cannot be changed or corrected after publication begins.

## 5. Liability
 
**5.1** In case of temporary portal unavailability, ad duration is extended accordingly. This does not apply if the outage is caused by third-party providers not under contract with the portal.
 
**5.2** The user (advertiser) bears full legal and financial responsibility for:
- Violations of portal rules
- Violations of Swiss law, copyright, trademarks
- Any loss, disturbance, or inconvenience caused to third parties
 
**5.3** The portal, its owners, administrators, and employees are **not liable** for:
- The content of advertisements
- Any losses or inconvenience related to the operation or unavailability of the portal

## 6. Changes to Terms
 
**6.1** These terms may be changed, supplemented, or amended at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
